Apply directly to the skin. Spread a thin, even layer. Gently massage in. Apply 3–4 times per day for best results.

Cover (wounds only)
For deep wounds, cover with a clean bandage after applying. For skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis — no bandage needed. Simply apply and let absorb.
